Unleash Your Inner Artist #4

Artist and highly regarded Art Teacher Ali Esmaeilipour is conducting the final session of painting classes to CAL Caregivers.

“Painting can help you relax and de-stress. This class can give you a break from caregiving. You may find peace and relaxation in the process. And you may discover your inner artist.” – ALI ESMAEILIPOUR

Don't miss this rare chance to discover the artist in you and spend a therapeutic evening creating a masterpiece under the guidance of a professional.

Art is a powerful tool for self-care and mental health, with studies showing that expressing oneself through art can lower anxiety, stress and even improve memory and confidence levels.

"I took painting class under the tutelage of Ali to de-stress from my work demands and just focus on creating something beautiful. I'm grateful for the opportunity to sponsor this painting class for caregivers. I hope that this painting class will give caregivers a sense of accomplishment. When they create something beautiful, it can boost their self-esteem and make them feel good about themselves.” – ANONYMOUS SPONSOR

About Our Trainer

Ali Esmaeilipour often focuses on personal objects rendered in a realistic yet lyrical manner in his paintings. He sees each painting as a snapshot of life in movement, a way to freeze a moment long enough to share it before it is irrevocably lost.

Ali's journey as an artist begins in Tehran, where he studied at the renowned Zangar Art Institute under the tutelage of Professor Aydin Aghdashlou. He has participated in solo, joint and group exhibitions in Singapore, Hong Kong, Dubai, Abu Dhabi, New York, Miami, New Orleans and Tehran.
