Why This Walk Matters
Mental health affects more people than you think.
More often, they’re silent. In Singapore, far too many suffer in the
shadows, afraid to speak up or unsure where to turn. The stigma is
real, and the support systems? Still catching up.
This walk is our way of saying: enough is enough.
It's time to step up, speak out, and stand together.
1 in 3 youth struggle with severe
depression, anxiety and/or stress.
Institute of Mental Health, 2024

1 in 7 Singaporeans suffer from
mental disorders in their lifetime.
Singapore Mental Health Study, 2018

1 in 4 young adults report
poor mental health.
National Population Health Survey, 2022

Your support fuels change.
We're walking 5km, but the impact goes far beyond.
Your support has and will continue to help...
Sufyan
Circles of Resilience Member
Caregiver to his mother living with diabetes, and to himself, as he manages depression. At just 36, he’s had to pause three careers to take on the role of full-time caregiver.
With rising financial strain— his father is the sole breadwinner and his sister not sharing the burden for now— the weight is heavy. But for Sufyan, “being strong is the only option”. Through the Circles of Resilience support group, he’s found comfort in sharing his struggles with like-minded peers.

Khairul
Caregivers-to-Caregivers
training programme graduate
A devoted caregiver to his wife living
with schizophrenia — something he
only discovered after they got married. Despite family and friends urging him to reconsider the relationship, divorce was never an option.
Attending caregiving training gave him confidence and connected him with other spouses like him — caring
for their soulmates living with a
mental health condition.
