Project Mind over Matter: Interviews with Caregivers

Project Mind over Matter is a community service initiative under the Youth Corps Singapore Leaders Programme (YCLP), in collaboration with CAL. The aim of the initiative is to create a 6-week mental health literacy course for students enrolled in Institutes of Higher Learning, who are either secondary caregivers to persons with mental health conditions, or are interested in learning more about mental health in general.

In line with this goal, Mind over Matter interviewed youth caregivers who previously attended CAL's courses. Snippets of the interviews are featured on their Instagram page as part of a series named 'Caregiver Stories'. This series aims to raise awareness about the challenges and experiences of youth caregivers, while creating brand awareness and publicity for the project.
