Reaching out to Youth with Mental Health Conditions

Campus PSY held a sharing and panel session that explored the best ways to support youths with mental health issues, through simple and practical examples. A participant commented that the session was "appropriate, close to my heart, especially the sharing [which] was moving and effective".

遗嘱,信托及遗产规划 - Essentials of Will Writing (Chinese)

Continuing from the English session, Essentials of Will Writing was also held in Chinese to provide information about estate planning to Chinese-speaking participants. There was a good turnout of attendees, many of whom stayed behind after the session to find out more.

Hoseki Garden: Business Development for a Caregiver’s Homegrown Start Up

In the sharing session by Hoseki Garden, Bryan Lee, a caregiver, shared his journey and reason behind starting his business selling artisan soaps. A participant commented that the "message of 'never-give-up' and hope (was) reiterated. Very important in these times when life has gotten worse. The idea of helping caregivers gain income is useful".

Youth Caregivers Conversations: The Human Library

Youth caregivers shared their experiences using the concept of a 'Human Library'. The session featured 4 "books" - young caregivers who were keen to share their experiences as caregivers to their loved ones. Many participants enjoyed the novelty of choosing a human "book" that they were interested to hear from, and eagerly listened to the challenges faced by young caregivers as they recounted their caregiving journeys.
