Caregivers-for-Caregivers Support Group Programme (C4C)

Do you miss the friendship and support you received during your C2C programme? If you are a caregiver who has been through our 12-week C2C programme, what’s next? Caregivers-for-Caregivers Support Group Programme (C4C) reconnects C2C graduates once a month to help them continuously learn to provide effective support to one another and to collectively achieve well-being and resilience in their caregiving journey. C4C is a 1 year programme (12 monthly sessions). The first 5 sessions are CAL-led and focus on topics that caregivers might find useful in their long journey of caregiving. Sessions 6 onwards will be self-organising and participants will learn skills in facilitating, sharing and encouraging one another in the group. The first 5 topics are below: • Dealing with Caregiver Anger and Guilt (30th July) • Exploring and Sharing Anxiety Issues (27th Aug) • Depression and Self-Harm (24th Sep) • Depression and Suicide (29th Oct) • Loneliness and Lack of Purpose (26th Nov) Please register for the 1st session on “Dealing with Caregiver Anger and Guilt” on 30th July. It will be restricted to the first 35 sign ups. Out of the 35, we hope at least 25 will stay together for the entire 12 months of the C4C programme. Venue: 491-B River Valley Rd #04-04 Valley Point Office Tower S248373

Launch Date: 30th July 2019, Tuesday (thereafter once a month on every last Tuesday of each month)
