Silent Tour at the National Gallery with CAL

Sometimes, to do less is to accomplish more. In the hectic pace of city life, amidst the challenges of caregiving, it can be healthy to take time off for a moment of respite. Organised by National Gallery Singapore, CAL’s caregivers are invited to experience the Silent Tour, where you will be taken through a selection of artworks across a range of different mediums from the Minimalism: Space. Light. Object. exhibition. The tour, built upon the principles of mindfulness and contemplation, allows participants to engage in a deeply personal and unique private experience with a curated selection of artworks, before the Gallery is open to the public. The tour wraps up with an intimate group conversation where participants get to share about their unique experiences of the artworks, as the silence is lifted.

Use the chance to reflect on something beyond your daily routine, and see if it helps put your thoughts in perspective.
